Biography

Ms. Melden is a business transactional associate with the firm emphasizing real estate and business/corporate transactions. Ms. Melden is admitted to the California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.

Ms. Melden is a native San Diegan and lives in Coronado with her husband and two children. She attended the University of San Diego where she earned a B.A. with a double major in French and International Relations.  After graduating from Rutgers Law School, Ms. Melden practiced for a large Philadelphia law firm.  Ms. Melden has also served as in-house corporate counsel for IHOP Corp.  Her experience and background enable her to focus on her clients needs, both large and small.
