Dick Semerdjian was sworn in as Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section at the ABA Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada, on August 7, 2011. Mr. Semerdjian will become Chairman of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section at the ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois, in August 2012. The ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section has forty thousand members throughout the world and promotes the mission of the ABA by uniting plaintiff, defense, insurance and corporate counsel to advance the civil justice system.
