Biography

Jeffrey A. Haile has represented a great variety of individual and institutional clients in the construction and real estate industry, from large property developers and general contractors to individual subcontractors and design professionals. Mr. Haile has also represented manufacturers, suppliers and retail vendors in product liability litigation, as well as legal, construction, real estate, property management and design professionals in malpractice litigation. Mr. Haile is a member of the ABA Construction Law Forum and has been an instructor and speaker for the National Business Institute on various real estate and construction subjects. Mr. Haile continues to maintain close ties with Stanford University, as a member of the Stanford Buck/Cardinal Club, including a two-year term on its Board of Directors, the Stanford University "Block S" Society, the Stanford Gridiron Network and the Stanford Alumni Association.
