Biography

Keith A. Liker represents private clients in business, insurance, personal injury, real property, employment, construction, wrongful death, consumer warranty, contract, and collection matters in both state and federal courts. As an experienced civil litigation specialist, this native San Diegan has litigated several hundred cases, including mediations, binding and non-binding arbitrations, court and jury trials, and appeals.

Mr. Liker’s representation of public agency clients has included both plaintiff and defense work in the areas of water, sewer, employment, hospital and healthcare, eminent domain, inverse condemnation, encroachment, government tort claims actions, general and professional negligence, and construction defects, fee disputes, and validation actions.

Since 1992, Mr. Liker has served regularly as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem in Small Claims and Traffic Courts.
