Biography

Kevin Cauley has been representing clients in construction law and construction defect cases for more than 20 years throughout California and in San Diego for the last 18 years. He has represented a variety of clients from all segments of the construction industry including owners, architects, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties. Mr. Cauley joined the law firm of Gade and Cauley in 1987 and has represented owners, architects, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties in construction industry matters and disputes since that time. He has represented and defended architects, subcontractors and suppliers in numerous large construction defect cases in the past several years.

Mr. Cauley was named to the 2010 and 2011 editions of Super Lawyers in the Construction Litigation Category.
