Construction Litigation

The Firm has substantial experience in handling all types of construction-related litigation for a wide variety of individual and corporate clients. In that regard, we have represented owner/developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals and other related businesses in their corporate, contract, business, mechanic’s lien collection and payment matters. The Firm also has had extensive experience in representing and defending developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and suppliers in construction defect cases. We believe that our varied experience in representing all sides of the construction dynamic has given us key insight into that dynamic and how to best handle and/or resolve matters for our clients arising therefrom.

In addition to our litigation-related work, our attorneys have served as legal counsel to a major trade association in San Diego, California. Our attorneys have also taught construction-law courses to firms and individuals involved in the construction industry through two major construction trade associations for many years, as well as other industry and continuing education organizations.

The Firm also offers corporate and business services for its construction clients.

For further information on any construction-related matter, please contact Jeffrey A. Haile or Kevin T. Cauley.
