Biography

John Schena represents individuals, business entities and municipal interests in a variety of civil litigation actions in both state and federal court, including employment, corporate, contract, securities and business tort-based actions. Prior to joining Schwartz Semerdjian Ballard & Cauley LLP, John gained experience in the in-house legal departments of two San Diego-based corporations, a technology transfer office, and as an insurance claims investigator. John is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and the University of North Carolina.
