Biography

Kristen T. Dalessio represents individuals, small businesses, financial institutions and large corporations in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes in state and federal court, including real estate, employment, personal injury, securities and contract-based actions. Kristen also has significant experience in prosecuting and defending attorneys in professional negligence actions. In her nearly 20 years of practicing law, Kristen has participated in over 40 jury trials and has conducted hundreds of depositions.

Kristen is active in the legal community and for eight years served as a board member (and as President from 2003-2004) of the University of San Diego School of Law Board of Directors. She is a member of Lawyers Club, California Women Lawyers, and Association of Business Trial Lawyers.

Kristen is also active in her local community. For the past five years, Kristen has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”) for a child in the foster care system through Voices For Children. She serves meals to the elderly through the Senior Community Centers of San Diego and she volunteers for Albion Soccer Club. Kristen is AV Peer Review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
