Biography Sierra J. Spitzer is a civil litigation attorney representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters including business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury, wrongful death, and contract disputes. Prior to joining Schwartz Semerdjian Haile Ballard & Cauley, LLP, Ms. Spitzer served as defense counsel for several large scale developers in construction defect cases. During law school at Santa Clara University, she clerked for a Superior Court judge, served as a student counselor in five different law clinics, and participated in University of San Diego’s international law program in Florence, Italy. Sierra is an active member of the local legal community serving on several committees for the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego. Practice Areas
