Biography

Sierra J. Spitzer is a civil litigation attorney who represents individuals and corporations in a variety of matters including business torts, employment, real estate, personal injury and contract disputes. Ms. Spitzer also practices in the area of family law focusing on issues of domestic violence, divorce, support, custody and property division.

Prior to joining Schwartz Semerdjian Haile Ballard & Cauley, LLP, Ms. Spitzer spent two years as defense counsel to large scale residential developers in construction defect disputes. Before moving to San Diego, Ms. Spitzer attended law school at Santa Clara University and completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and English at the University of Puget Sound.

Ms. Spitzer is active in the legal community with membership in the San Diego County Bar Association, Barristers Club, Lawyers Club of San Diego and American Bar Association. She is also actively involved in the San Diego community at large, regularly serving as a volunteer for several locally based charity organizations.
